Retouching and a natural look

Retouching and photo editing

Here is everything about editing: what exactly I change in a frame, what I leave untouched, and how that looks on real photos.

What I do
Natural retouching: I keep skin texture, gently emphasize what is already there and remove small details you don't want to see in the photo.
Signature color grading: light, contrast and the colors of the frame.
I remove the accidental: a speck on clothing, a glare, an extra object in the frame.
What I don't do
I don't paint makeup on in Photoshop and don't rebuild faces from scratch.
I don't change body proportions and don't "fix" facial features.
Perfect makeup, hair and ironed clothes are up to you - I'm responsible for the frame and delicate editing.

How a frame changes

What changes most is light and color - they create the mood of the frame. The face, body and skin texture stay exactly as they are.
