How to book a session, what the price includes, how retouching works and what to do if your plans change.
Booking and payment
How do I book a session?
Message me on social media, email me or call. We talk through the idea and the date, and the deposit confirms the booking.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 100 zł by BLIK within 2 days of agreeing the date. It counts towards the price of the session. The date isn't booked until the deposit is paid.
How do I pay the rest?
On the day of the shoot, in cash or by BLIK.
Is studio hire included in the price?
No. Studio hire usually costs 120-200 zł, depending on the studio. I'll help you find one that fits your budget.
Are a stylist and a makeup artist included?
No, they are paid separately. I can recommend who to contact.
Do you shoot outside Poznań?
Yes, travel is arranged separately.
Rescheduling and cancelling
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, once at no cost if you let me know at least 48 hours before the shoot. The deposit moves to the new date.
What if I get ill?
Get well first! Message me when you can and we'll find a new date. The deposit moves to it, with nothing extra to pay. If it's your little one who's unwell, just write too - we'll pick a day when they feel better.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the shoot or don't come, the deposit isn't refunded. But if something has come up, message me - we can always work something out.
What if I'm late?
The session gets shorter by the time you're late. If you see you won't make it on time, message me.
And if you have to reschedule?
Then the deposit moves to the new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, I refund the deposit.
Photos and retouching
When will I get my photos?
Colour-graded photos in 5-9 days. Retouching of the photos you pick within 7 days of your choice.
How are photos picked for retouching?
First I send all the photos colour-graded, and you pick the ones to retouch from them. How many depends on the package: 10 in the solo women's session, 15 in the couple, creative and content sessions, 18 in the family session.
Can I get more retouched photos?
Yes, each extra retouched photo is 30 zł. If you've had a session with me before, I retouch 2 more photos at no extra cost.
Do you send the originals?
No. I never send the unedited originals - only the finished, colour-graded photos.
What is your retouching like?
Natural: I keep the skin texture, remove small blemishes and don't change your features.

Yes. We agree on the cost of the extra time in advance.
Events and video
Can I get event photos retouched?
The price includes colour grading of every photo, usually 30-50 photos per hour. Retouching can be added for 30 zł per photo.
How many reels do I get?
1-3 reels, depending on the script and footage. We agree on the number before filming.
Gift voucher
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes, with a voucher for a solo, family, couple, creative or content session. The price is the same as in the price list.
